    Greenwich Training is currently taking bookings for the first two free Boot Camps on Saturday the 2nd and 9th April from 10.00 - 11.00am. The idea behind the Boot Camp is to give you the benefits of Personal Training for a fraction of the cost. We believe that exercise should be enjoyable, something you look forward to and makes you feel good about yourself.

    We design the sessions to target all your problem areas whilst improving your fitness and energy levels. We aim to burn the maximum amount of calories, all in a friendly and relaxed female-only environment. We also offer nutritional advice and support where needed. In addition, we provide you with a programme to perform at home to make sure you get the most out of the course.
