Any fule can see that you can&#039;t build the stadium, cut-out-and-fill the cross-country course &quot;footing&quot; AND hold the Olympics all within four weeks.

There are going to be part-closures of the Park, comprising large areas of the Park that will be for nearly all practical purposes FULL closures of the Park.  If you went to the Park one day and found that it was &quot;partially closed&quot; but the only part you could go to was the children&#039;s playground near the Park Vista gate, or you could only walk up the path on the western side to the formal rose garden (all of the rest of the Park being closed), would you return home content that you had not had your silence bought now by being DELIBERATELY misled about what a &quot;closure&quot; meant?</description>
