Saw this question mark etched into the tarmac in Greenwich Park. Wonder what happened – did the workman come over all philosophical when the tarmac was laid? Did some cheeky scamp come along and add it before it was set? What does it all mean? Either way, it made me stop and think for a moment which means it probably qualifies as public art.
