Monopoly Competition: The Four Train Stations

February 5, 2009 By Rob Powell

In the original game of Monopoly, there are four train stations – Fenchurch Street, Liverpool Street, Marylebone and King’s Cross. When we were deciding on a previous square, contributor Tony Usher had the good idea to put Greenwich attractions rather than stations on the Greenwich version of Monopoly we are making for this competition prize.

So, going with Tony’s suggestion, we are now looking for your four Greenwich attractions that could go on the board to replace the four train stations.

How to enter: Just list four Greenwich attractions in the comments below. We will select the winner or winners and they will each receive four entries into the prize draw. I really think this is going to be an easy one so get entering as this one probably represents your best chance of winning that unique, Greenwich Monopoly set.

Any questions? Just ask…

Okay how about. The Maritime Museum, Royal Observatory, O2 (Dome) and ORNC (Painted Hall/Queens Chapel.)

You could also have stations… North Greenwich, Maze Hill, Cutty Sark Gardens (DLR) and Greenwich or a combination of both.

Thanks for the entries – I’ve selected Tom’s entries as the winning ones for this one. We couldn’t not have Greenwich Park on the board. That’s four entries for Tom in the prize draw

Heather – Greenwich Market was already taken, please make sure you’ve read the introduction to the competition which includes all previous entries.
